The freight is then consolidated on the respective Linehaul destined for the receiver's nearest depot, which is then unloaded and delivered generally by a suitable smaller vehicle. Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) is commonly seen as a cost-effective solution for customers who don’t have the freight or the space to consolidate for a Full Truck.
